Karyn McRae and Helen Lynch and their team of designers and drafts people. All designers are extremely experienced and completed tertiary education in both interior design and drafting. They work in con junction with developers, builders and architects, and their high level of skills
are complimentary to these industries.

From design concepts to drafted working drawings, McRae + Lynch are more than capable of handling all facets of the design process. As designers, Karyn, Helen and their team pride themselves on providing their clients with a personalised service and the satisfaction that they deal only with other professional suppliers.

Karyn McRae

Karyn’s 15 year background is all design based. After working 2 years full-time for Inscan Design a large Architectural and Interior Design firm on the North side (whilst studying Architectural drafting part-time) pursued her goal of becoming an Interior designer and took up full-time studies at the ‘Design Centre Enmore’, graduating with an advanced Diploma of Fine Arts (Interior Design).

On graduation Karyn worked with another Sydney based Architectural firm, completing projects for Drummoyne RSL Club, Gosford RSL Club, various McDonalds stores and residential projects giving her a great skill set to then start her own design firm with Helen.  

Helen Lynch

Helen, originally a school teacher with an interest in the arts, further developed her
creative talents by studying at the Design Centre Enmore and graduated with an Advanced
Diploma of Arts/Interior Design. Since then Helen has been working in the design
industry, constantly dealing with architects, builders, trades people and suppliers. Not to
mention working closely with clients from vast and varied backgrounds.

Working in the industry for the past 15 years, Helen has found that when it comes to
designing, attitude is very important, particularly when resolving design problems and creatively designing spaces tailored to her clients individual needs and tastes.

Helen and Karyn work extremely well together as a team and over the years have formed a very solid working relationship. Together their combined skills, creativity and dedication make a great design team.
